First, we have Dr. Carla Reis, president of GFOWL, whose vision and leadership inspire everyone around her. With an impressive background in law, Carla is an unwavering advocate for women's rights and gender equality. Alongside her are PhD James Newman, the project's creator, and Erleide Parente, the project director, who ensure that every event and initiative of GFOWL is conducted with precision and excellence. Erleide stands out for her ability to manage teams and her commitment to creating a collaborative and inclusive environment. We also have Larissa, responsible for GFOWL's logistics. In the research area, we benefit from the expertise of Dr. Mayara Peres, our scientific director, who coordinates studies and analyses that underpin the forum's policies and initiatives, contributing to a fairer and more equal future. Eisenhower is responsible for partnerships and presenting GFOWL to partners and supporters. We also have Dr. Laura Lucas as our collaborator. Last but not least, there is Rodrigo Fernandes, in charge of communication and marketing. Rodrigo is the voice of GFOWL, responsible for sharing our missions and achievements with the world. With his creativity and enthusiasm, he connects our ideas to a global audience.
